The Karel Zeman Museum unequivocally condemns the Russian Federation’s invasion of Ukraine and all acts associated with the Russian invasion.
Art and freedom go hand in hand. It is freedom and fundamental rights that are being forcibly taken away from Ukrainian citizens by the Russian Federation. Ukrainians are forced to leave their country and seek a safe place in an unfamiliar environment as a result of these heinous human acts. The absurdity of the war is evident in the 21st century and we are extremely sorry for what the Ukrainians have to go through. We are with you!
As an act of solidarity, we would like to offer all Ukrainian refugees free admission to the exhibition of the Karel Zeman Museum when a Ukrainian ID card or other document is presented.
